Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

You can return online purchases from the Presence store through the mail. To return an online purchase by mail:

1. Email our Customer Service at sales@coosfly.com, Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return, and obtain the return shipping address information.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Send your return to the address provided by our Customer Service.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is the one you ordered, if not, you can certainly come to us within 10 days of receipt.
2. If you place an order and apply to cancle it  before shipping, it is ok and totally free.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.

Returning defective products

1. If the item is found to be defective, we will allow you to exchange your defective item for another new one in our store of the same price up to 30 days after purchase.
2. If any of our customer don't receive the package in the regular time, we will reship or refund.

Refund

1. Refund time: 30 Days money back guarantee.
2. Refund policy: We will refund you the money you pay for the card and the money will go directly to the credit card you use.
